El Chaltén, Argentina

El Chaltén, often referred to as the “Trekking Capital of Argentina,” is a small village located within Los Glaciares National Park in the Patagonian region. This destination is renowned for its dramatic mountain scenery, including the iconic Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre peaks. Hikers can explore a variety of trails, ranging from easy walks to challenging climbs. Popular routes include the Laguna de los Tres, which offers spectacular views of Mount Fitz Roy, and the Laguna Torre, providing stunning vistas of the Cerro Torre. The village itself is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering numerous amenities and a vibrant community atmosphere.

Calafate, Argentina

Calafate, situated on the southern shore of Lake Argentino, serves as the gateway to the Perito Moreno Glacier, one of the most famous natural attractions in Patagonia. This town offers a range of hiking opportunities, with trails that provide breathtaking views of the glacier and the surrounding landscape. Visitors can take the Glacier Trekking tour to walk on the glacier itself, an unforgettable experience. Calafate is also home to the Glaciarium, a museum dedicated to the region’s glaciers, offering educational exhibits and multimedia presentations.

Ushuaia, Argentina

Tierra del Fuego is an archipelago at South America’s southernmost tip, shared by Chile and Argentina. It’s known for its dramatic landscape of snowy mountains, glaciers, tundra and wind-sculpted trees. Its main island, Isla Grande, is home to the Argentine resort town of Ushuaia. Ushuaia is famous as the world’s southernmost city, a gateway to Antarctica and Tierra del Fuego National Park, offering unique adventures like penguin watching in the Beagle Channel, skiing, hiking, and exploring its history through museums in a stunning landscape of mountains and sea. Known as the “End of the World,” it’s a vibrant tourist hub with seafood, local culture, and striking natural beauty.

All trips have two or three guides with a maximum group size of 12. Three levels of hiking are offered each day.
